Nancy Colier, LCSW, Rev., is a psychotherapist, interfaith minister, author, public speaker, and mindfulness teacher. A longtime student of Eastern spirituality, mindfulness practices form the ground of her work. Her latest book is The Emotionally Exhausted Woman: Why You’re Feeling Depleted and How to Get What You Need (New Harbinger,2022), She is also the author ofCan’t Stop Thinking (New Harbinger, 2021), The Power of Off: The Mindful Way to Stay Sane in a Virtual World (Sounds True, 2016), Inviting a Monkey to Tea: Befriending Your Mind and Discovering Lasting Contentment (2015) and Getting Out of Your Own Way: Unlocking Your True Performance Potential (Luminous Press, 2017). Nancy is a national speaker on women’s empowerment, anxiety, rumination, obsessive thinking, mindfulness and technology, technology addiction and detox, healthy relationships, peak performance and flow, mindfulness and meditation, spiritual living in a material world and body awareness. In addition, Nancy spent 25 years as a top-ranked equestrian on the national horse show circuit and serves as a performance consultant to professional athletes and performing artists.
