A nationally recognized expert in holistic arts and philosophy, he has authored several top-selling books translated into 12 languages. His notable works include The 12 Rules of Attention and the body-energy classic Be Like Water. His book Body Intelligence: Harness Your Body’s Energies for Your Best Life received a starred review from Publishers Weekly and was a Library Journal national The 12 Rules of Attention bestseller, while his co-authored work, Your Playlist Can Change Your Life (foreword by Sting), was featured on The Today Show. Bridging the gap between academia and the avant-garde, his music lyrics were a “Hot Pick” on the legendary John Peel Show (BBC) and charted in CMJ.
